Submit Documents


Requirements of this step:

  • Transcripts — In those instances where NMSU cannot easily determine if admission requirements were met, the student may be required to submit an externally evaluated transcript in English.
  • TOEFL/IELTS Score unless you meet requirements.(Access TOEFL Requirements)


Have you created your NMSU account? Then let’s prepare required documents.


    • Transcripts

      • Official transcripts for all institutions attended including high school.
      • For Transfer students you need transcripts for current institution as well.
      • If you graduated from an American high school, you must submit ACT or SAT results.

NOTE: If you do not include transcripts of all institutions attended, your application might not get accepted.


    • TOEFL/IELTS Score

TOEFL/IELTS Score unless you meet requirements. (Access TOEFL Requirements)

How to send the required documents?

Both your transcripts and TOEFL or IELTS score must be sent directly from your respective institution/testing organization to NMSU, by email (preferred) or postage.

Please do not send them from your personal email.
